AI transparency
Everything MobyVid generates is made with AI. Here's how we flag it, what we don't allow, and what's on you when you publish.
Development view: fields marked “To be published” don't appear in production. Fill them in before launch.
What's AI-generated
The images, videos, voiceovers and music you create in MobyVid, from the web, the API or the MCP connector, are generated with third-party AI models through kie.ai.
Scripts, shot plans and ad analyses are also written by a language model. The pricing page shows which model each tool uses.
Visible label
Video ads we assemble with our formats carry a visible “AI-generated” label by default. You can turn it off, but then it's on you to disclose it another way where the law or the platform requires it.
Provenance
- We keep a record of every take: the model, the date and the account that created it.
- Some model providers embed their own AI marks or metadata in their files. We don't remove them on purpose.
- Clean export only removes location and device data. It isn't a way to hide that content is AI-generated.
What we don't do
- We don't offer tools to remove AI labels, content credentials or watermarks.
- We don't make deepfakes: no face swaps, no imitating real people's voices, no content featuring celebrities.
- The UGC format is a creator-style demo. We never present it as a real customer's review.
What's on you when you publish
- EU: if your ad shows realistic people, voices, places or events that could pass as real, disclose that it's AI-generated or manipulated (AI Act art. 50(4)).
- Meta shows “AI info” on ads made or edited with AI and can detect it automatically.
- TikTok rejects or restricts ads with unlabeled AI content. Use its AI-generated content label or a clear disclaimer.
- New York: ads that use a synthetic performer must disclose it conspicuously.
- Don't pass off generated people as real customers or use them to make up testimonials.
AI Act article 50, in short
The transparency rules of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 apply from August 2, 2026:
- Providers of systems that generate images, audio, video or text must mark the results in a machine-readable format that's detectable as artificial.
- Anyone publishing a deepfake must disclose that the content is artificial. For clearly artistic, creative or satirical work, a lighter notice is enough.
- The notice must be clear and visible no later than the first time someone sees the content.
- A system that talks with people must tell them it's an AI, unless that's obvious.
How to report misuse
If you see content made with MobyVid that impersonates you, uses your image or voice without permission, infringes your rights or is illegal, email us at To be published with:
- The link or ID of the file or take.
- What's happening and why you think it's illegal or abusive.
- Your name and a contact email.
- A statement that you're acting in good faith and the details are accurate.
We review every report and email you back with what we did. If we remove content, we tell the person who made it why, and they can appeal.
